How does it work?
There are people ready to help
We already have more than 1,300 professionals with us, ready to help you make the world a better place. Thanks to our partners, we don’t charge any fees to NGOs. When you register with “Help from the Heart”, you get access to all the features of the platform.
You place a task
There are ready-made templates for creating tasks. “Help from the Heart” moderators will post your task within 1 business day, and if you need assistance, they will advise and guide you.
Volunteers Responding.
Volunteers of the right specialties are immediately notified of a new assignment. You can choose a performer by portfolio, resume, rating and motivation letter.
Collaborative work
You communicate directly with the volunteer chosen to perform the task: you answer the questions, provide additional information. If you need help, moderators will help to settle disputable issues.
The task is completed.
After the task is completed, you can rate the performer by leaving a comment for the volunteer’s profile or for the “Help from the Heart” team only. It’s up to you to publish the results of your work.
